God with you to fight for you For the LORD your God is the one who goes with you to fight for you against your enemies to give you victory. (Deuteronomy 20:4) Our struggle is not against flesh and blood but against rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms according to apostle Paul as he writes to the Ephesians (Ch.6, v.12). That would seem to be a paramount battle at hand. But don't fear. God says He is with us to fight for us against our enemies to give us victory. Rulers, authorities, powers, spiritual forces of evil may rise up against you but remember God is with you to fight for you. You are not going to lose because if God is with you no one can defeat you. The victory is God's because He is all-powerful and Almighty. Whatever be your battle this day remember Jesus is with you. You are not alone in this fight of yours. He will strengthen you to gain victory over your enemy as He enabled David to slay Goliath. The evil spiritual forces that torment you, your family, your finances and whatever else will not stay for long. With God on your side, the battle is the Lord's and the victory is yours. So move forward, O soldier of Christ, worship and praise Him, be fervent in prayer and God will grant you a great victory. |
