You will live and increase
You, O LORD, keep my lamp burning
Your work will be rewarded
You will come to the grave in full vigor

You will come to the grave in full vigor, like sheaves gathered in season. (Job 5: 26)

Coming to the grave in full vigor is no joke. But it's possible because the Bible says so.
In Deuteronomy chapter 34, verse 7, we read," Moses was a hundred and twenty years old when he died, yet his eyes were not weak, nor his strength gone."What could have been the secret of Moses' health at age 120 ? Vitamins, minerals, the right diet?
Why no Diabetes or Hypertension or Hypercholesterolemia?

The only possible reason is that he spent a great deal of time in God's presence. The strength came from being in God's presence continually. Right from 80 years of age when God spoke to him from the burning bush on Mount Sinai up to 120 years, he was continually in the presence of God. The Bible says, " The Lord would speak to Moses face to face, as a man speaks with his friend " (Exodus 33:11)

"When Moses came down from Mount Sinai with his two tablets of the testimony in his hands, he was not aware that his face was radiant because he had spoken with the Lord.
(Exodus 34: 29)

As Christians we can be strong as Moses was, by being in God's presence and as the promise says come to the grave in full vigor like sheaves gathered in season.
